The IREB Advanced - RE@Agile delves deeper into the application of proven RE practices in agile projects. Learn how agile development projects can leverage best RE practices without losing agility.
The 3-day seminar is based on the IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Advanced Level - RE@Agile syllabus and includes the following knowledge areas:
• What is RE@Agile
• Launching projects successfully
• Dealing with functional requirements
• Dealing with quality requirements and boundary conditions
• Prioritise and estimate requirements
• Scaling RE@Agile
An unfortunately widespread prejudice says that systematic and structured requirements engineering does not fit agile development approaches. This training not only proves that RE and agile are compatible, but also uses exercises and practical examples to show how agile development projects can benefit from best RE practices without losing agility.
The training is followed by a 75-minute multiple choice exam. You will be optimally prepared for this exam by our experienced trainers during the seminar. After you have passed the multiple-choice exam, you will receive the assignment for a term paper on the topic of RE@Agile, which must be completed within 12 months. You will receive your certificate as an IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Advanced Level - RE@Agile when you have successfully completed both parts of the exam - the multiple-choice exam and the term paper.
For the above-mentioned topics, the training offers numerous exercises and extra tutorials with which the participants can try out the acquired know-how
The prerequisite for taking the IREB AL RE@Agile exam is the IREB® CPRE Foundation Level certificate. Basic knowledge of agile development approaches is also highly recommended, as can be acquired for example through certification as a Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner or through the preparatory training RE@Agile Primer
Business analysts, product owners, test managers, testers, developers, quality managers, employees in technical departments, in software architecture
