How to use Easypay

First, download the Request form for Easypay, fill it out and send it to us by e-mail or fax (+49 (0) 30 609 885 450). You will then receive an agreement by e-mail, which you will have to send back to us signed. As soon as we have reached agreement, you will receive your personal EasyPay ID from us, which will allow all employees of your company to shop on quofox on account from now on.

 

How Easypay works

In the Easypay agreement, your e-mail domains (e.g. quofox.com) are stored in our system. For all users with this domain, the purchase process is now extremely shortened. Address entries and a payment process are completely omitted. Instead, the user only confirms his legitimacy by entering the EasyPay ID.

Alternatively, you can also enable an approval process. To do so, please enter one or more e-mail addresses for approval in the form in the Easypay agreement. In this case, orders will only be initiated when a supervisor has approved the order.

 

Frequently asked questions

What is an "authorized domain"?

Our system will verify whether a user is approved for Easypay based on the users e-mail address. The "domain" is the second part of an e-mail address, e.g. @quofox.com, @quofox-IT.com, etc. In the form, enter your companys domain (or domains if your company uses several).
 

Do I have to enter an "authorized domain"?

Yes. The legitimation for the order is checked a) by the domain and b) by entering the EasyPay ID. Only in the correct combination can an order be executed on account.
 

Will the agreement cause me to incur additional costs?

No, the agreement does not involve any costs. When courses are ordered, you will, of course, receive an invoice, but this will be at the regular quofox price. The agreement serves only to simplify the entire process for your company.
 

How does the approval process work?

If you have provided us with e-mail addresses for sharing, the sharing process will be activated automatically. When ordering, a user can select his manager from a Dropdow field and submit the order. The manager will then receive an email with all other information about the release. Important: In any case, the user needs the EasyPay ID for legitimation.

If supervisors would like to order courses, they can skip the approval process and place the order directly.
