Business analysis helps companies to find ways to improve their structures, principles, communication and business processes. The goal is to optimize workflows and, for example, implement IT solutions that add business value. As agile grows in maturity, it is increasingly evident that BAs are fundamental to the delivery of features that yield a satisfactory return on enterprise investment. This is the domain of the BA.
The International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) provides BA guidelines in “A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide)”. In Agile environments, the subsequently published “Agile Extension to the BABOK® Guide Version 1.0” is very supportive. It is an accepted industry standard for BA in the agile domain and the basis for the CABA course.
With the internationally recognized iSQI® certification you can show that you have the necessary knowledge to conduct BA and utilize this in agile development.
To be certified you must pass the iSQI® Certified Agile Business Analysis (CABA) exam. You can prepare for the exam by attending Expleo’ s accredited CABA training. Participants will have relevant content and topics clearly explained and taught to them.
