In this micro-learning course the user will learn the bsaics of Emotional Inteligence in a business context.
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, use, and manage one's own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.
The ability to recognize emotions and deal with them properly is not only helpful on a private level. It also has a significant influence on professional success. Some studies show that the emotional quotient (EQ) is even more important than the intellectual quotient (IQ). It usually distinguishes successful employees and managers from good ones. This is an interactive course that can last between 15 - 20 min depending on the learners' pace.
This micro-learning course aims to provide an introduction to the four levels of emotional intelligence and three ways to improve your own emotional intelligence and reflect on it.
The only requirement is that the user is motivated to improve this soft skill.
