The course covers a complete installation of the IBM Marketing Platform, IBM Campaign, IBM Cognos BI, and IBM Campaign reporting components. It starts the installation from an environment where the operating system, web application server, and database platform are pre-installed, and focuses on installing and configuring the Omni-channel Marketing Platform, IBM Campaign, and Campaign Reports.
