This one-day training provides the necessary know-how to manage agile projects and collaborate successfully with Atlassian Jira. Best practices for all essential aspects of a Jira-supported team are presented.
Participants will be able to create their own projects in the Jira Software Server and work accurately within the project team. Some topics beyond this, such as global settings in Jira, will also be covered so that participants develop a deeper understanding of how project administration and project documentation are interrelated and how both areas can help to maintain the integrity of the overall system.

For the above-mentioned topics, numerous exercises and extra tutorials are offered in the training, with which the participants can test the acquired know-how. The optional three-hour exam for the Jira certificate ACP-600 Project Administration in Jira Server is also prepared in this way.
Project experience in software development projects, good general IT skills, ideally first experience with Scrum/Kanban
(Jira) project managers or stakeholders with previous project experience who want to get an overview of the usage and configuration possibilities of Jira software.
