Since 1.7.2014 she has been Rector of the State University DHBW Heilbronn. In 2010, it was entrusted with the construction of the new Heilbronn location. Prior to moving to Johannesburg in September 2013, Ziob was General Manager of Microsoft Learning, a training and skills development organization that reaches millions of Microsoft customers worldwide. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2002, Ziob was Vice President of Certification at CompTIA, a global association of the ICT industry. Previously, Ziob was Director of Worldwide Education Sales Programs at Novell, Inc. and Sales Account Manager at WordPerfect Corporation in Germany. Ziob was a research associate at the University of Bochum and the University of London, UK, where he specialized in comparative studies of European education.

Staff holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management. After starting his career in 1990 at the newly founded IT service provider debis Systemhaus, he strengthened the management there after a few years. This was followed by positions of responsibility as Head of Global Training at DaimlerChrysler AG and as Director of Group-wide Personnel Development at Deutsche Post World Net. Since 2005, he has worked at SAP AG as Senior Vice President and member of the Executive Leadership Team in all global and national Senior Executive HR functions and most recently Chief Operating Officer Human Resources (COO HR).

Karlheinz Pape is the founder of the Corporate Learning Community core team, a network of innovative learning experts. He designs unusual learning environments to awaken the desire for new forms of learning, such as the Corporate Learning 2025 .B, to which 1200 learning professionals have registered. He gained personnel development experience as head of large continuing education organizations in various areas at Siemens until he became self-employed as a consultant for corporate learning.

Dr. Jan Renz

Dr. Jan Renz is a researcher at the Hasso Plattner Institute HPI in Potsdam and part of the team for Web University / Knowledge and Learning Technology and CTO of the HPI School Cloud. Before entering academia, he spent more than 10 years as CTO of an Internet agency. For more than 8 years he has been teaching students online and offline. In 2013, he joined HPIs web research team and works to improve the learning experience with scalable online solutions. His research focuses on the user-centered optimization of e-learning applications and learning infrastructures on a large scale. In 2020 he received his doctorate on this topic (Dr. rer. Nat.). Since 2020, Dr Jan Renz has been a consultant for learning technology at the WHO Academy. In addition, he is also an active open source contributor and part of the band Team Blender, which you can find on iTunes and Co.
