Learn how to effectively apply proven requirements engineering techniques in agile product development. A strong focus of the Agile Requirements Engineering course is the integration of these techniques into the typical workflow of a Scrum team. You will learn how an agile team estimates effort, how to prioritize a product backlog, and how to scale agile requirements engineering for large, possibly distributed projects.
This hands-on training picks up many contents of the IREB® Advanced Level RE@Agile and is therefore also a good basis for the 3-day IREB® training that prepares for the Advanced Level RE@Agile certification exam.
