Requirements engineering and agile approaches are not mutually exclusive.

Today, IREB® is the globally recognised expert body for the personal certification of professionals in requirements engineering. With the IREB RE@Agile Primer course, IREB® shows how RE and agile can support each other within a development process

The 1-day seminar is based on the IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering RE@Agile Primer curriculum and includes the following knowledge areas:
• Motivation and mindsets
• Basics of RE@Agile
• Artefacts and techniques in RE@Agile
• Organisational aspects of RE@Agile

Unfortunately, it is still often assumed today that systematic and structured requirements engineering do not fit with agile development approaches. The RE@Agile Primer training thoroughly dispels this prejudice and explains the synergies between RE and agile.
The training is followed by a 40-minute multiple choice exam. You will be optimally prepared for this exam by our experienced trainers during the seminar.

In principle, there are no entry requirements for the IREB® CPRE RE@Agile Primer. Some knowledge of software development projects is an advantage.
