Effective feedback is observational and non-judgmental. Any leader and team player must provide clear, specific feedback about the other’s actions and their consequences so that the other side can evaluate their own performance facing certain problems or actions. This is an interactive course that can last between 15 - 20 min depending on the learners' pace.
This course aims to help the user to identify the key points to consider when giving feedback in coaching to ensure a positive, productive, and motivating outcome.
