This course is intended for IBM OpenPages GRC Platform Operational Risk Management (ORM) solution users and administrators. The students will learn the trigger decision trees and results of triggers, the purpose and outputs of helpers, and notifications in the business processes common to ORM in the GRC Platform. Areas covered include loss event management, and scenario analysis. The students will work with usage scenarios and demonstrations.
